This course will be custom-built for the relevant vessel/ship owner and requires liaison with the Company to ensure that the course is bespoke to them. The course is designed for Crew on vessels that deal with passengers on a regular basis.

Course Overview:

During the course you will learn how to:

• assist passengers
• deal with crowds in emergencies and correct procedures
• human behaviour in emergencies
• specific vessel familiarisation.

The course will include videos, discussions and interactive exercises.

Upon completion of the course you will be presented with the original certificate.
