We urgently require a temporary Assistant Steward, for our client’s research vessel, as follows;

Dates: 13 May – 23 June 2016 including 25 days per month accrued leave. (Please note travel may depart 1 day prior to this start date)

Ports joining & Leaving: Southampton

Salary: £17898 - £20079 (dependent on experience)

2. Discharge book valid on UK vessels
3. Seafarer Medical Certificate (ENG1) without restrictions valid until 23 June 2016
4. STCW basic safety training (Fire fighting, Personal survival techniques, Personal safety & social responsibility, Elementary first aid)
5. Food and Hygiene Certificate
6. Designated Security duties

Please note, only candidates who have the requested certification and reside in the UK or northern Europe will be considered.  

UK NI number desirable, as salary will be paid PAYE.
