Technical Superintendent (Tankers/Gas) – Permanent – Rotterdam – Competitive package

This is an excellent opportunity to join a reputable ship owner who specialize in Chemical & Gas ship owning, operating & chartering with offices across Europe.

We are seeking an experienced superintendent to join a close-knit team, In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact by ensuring the vessels are maintained in excellent condition, enabling them to operate efficiently on a global scale.

Responsibilities include:
* Manage the operational performance of 3 to 4 tankers
* Oversee docking and maintenance schedules, ensuring timely and efficient operations.
* Collaborate with technical teams to address any operational issues and implement solutions.
* Develop and manage budgets for vessel operations
* Serve as the primary point of contact for vessel crews and stakeholders.
* Ensure adherence to safety and environmental regulations.

Experience Required:
* Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Superintendent or in a similar role within the maritime industry.
* Strong background in chemical tankers or Small LPG Vessels.
* Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
* Strong communication and leadership abilities.
* Ability to travel as required for vessel visits and dockings.
