General Manager (Terminal Operations) – Permanent – UK Hybrid – Excellent package

This is an excellent opportunity to join a market leader in the marine industry. They provide clients with services ranging from terminal operations to subsea cable repair, they are committed to employing dedicated and skilled staff looking for a career that offers stability, opportunities for career progression and recognition

They have a position available for an experienced General Manager to head up a well-established Terminal division within the group on a full-time and permanent basis.

The role is home-based in the UK with regular travel for site visits.

Responsibilities include:
* Managing successful, long-term contracts to safely operate marine and other petrochemical terminals within the UK
* Fostering collaborative working with clients and inhouse management teams to maintain and continuously improve good working relationships and practices
* Management of company team managers remotely
* Ensuring that training and, team and individual performance and succession planning is delivered effectively throughout the organisation and to the highest of standards.
* Ownership of P&L across multiple sites, including delegation and governance of budgets to Colleagues. Derive, develop, and deliver reporting on business performance.
* Proactively seeking out potential new business within and adjacent to the petrochemical sector to grow the business
* Candidates must be able to travel across the UK to visit sites

You must have the right to work in the UK and hold a full UK drivers license.
