A major Cruise Line is looking for Chef De Parties to join their fleet of large and luxurious ships.
Responsibilities:
- Help to manage high-volume shipboard culinary operations
- Create superb dining experiences for the guests
- Work closely with the Sous Chef and Executive Sous Chef
Requirements:
- Experience as Chef de Partie in an upscale hotel, cruise ship, restaurant, or high-volume food service facility for a minimum of 2 years
- Cruise ship experience will be beneficial but is not essential
- Prepared to be away for home for several months at a time
No cruise ship experience is required for this position.
