Chief Engineer for Gen.Cargo - Single Engineer **Immediate availability

Intrada Ships Management Ltd are looking for experienced Chief Engineering Officers to join our expanding fleet of managed general cargo vessels.

The normal vessel trading pattern is northern Europe carrying mostly timber products from Scandinavia / Baltic States to the UK and Ireland.
Vessels operate as a sole Engineer but normally with a Motorman to assist.

All the vessels have Wifi.

** Candidates must reside in the UK or EU due to travel requirements **

Candidates must hold as a minimum III/3 Chief Engineer 750kW – 3000kW issued by an administration accepted by the UK Flag along with STCW refreshers and Seafarers Medical in date.

The normal contract lengths are of ten weeks onboard five weeks leave, with the initial contract of five weeks.

Must be available to join as soon as possible - this will allow for a handover with current Chief.
