Job Description Training Coordinator with Stork:

This role requires interaction with various different contacts including internal colleagues and suppliers. The role requires various activities to be prioritised and completed swiftly and effectively to complete effective sourcing, scheduling and organisation of required training courses for both on and offshore based personnel.
 
Tasks And Responsibilities As Training Coordinator:

Safety

  • Ensure all work carried out is in accordance with company HSEQ values and procedures
  • Attend and participate in monthly departmental safety meeting

Training

  • Co-ordinate the process for booking of training courses
  • Continuously monitor and address incoming training requests and correspondence
  • Check training requests to ensure accuracy and procedural compliance
  • Communicate training request anomalies to originator
  • Prioritise training requests to ensure efficient planning for delivery
  • Schedule courses with nominated and approved training providers
  • Source external training providers in line with company and legislative requirements
  • Maintain training course diary
  • Compile and issue training course joining instructions
  • Communicate training attendance, durations, pay rates to Pay Roll team weekly

Training Records

  • Prepare training course attendance registers
  • Prepare new start induction packs
  • Support the retention, archiving, retrieval and disposal of training records
  • Maintain confidentiality and comply with the Data Protection Act

Financial

  • Administer PO documentation and review and approve supplier invoices
  • Maintain training ledger ensuring all costs are tracked effectively
  • Ensure training ledger is updated with pay roll details for all internal course attendees and issue to Pay Roll

Other

  • Generate new supplier request forms where required
  • Attend and participate in daily Training Centre team meeting
  • Order replenishments of office supplies and consumables
